Can a supplier's tier be changed after they've been assigned one?
Yes, but this requires EcoIQ to make the change. If the site lead identifies an error in the classification, or if a supplier's circumstances have changed (e.g. spend threshold crossed), escalate to EcoIQ with the supplier name, their current tier, and the correct tier with a brief reason. Donot attempt to change the questionnaire type in the platform directly.
⚑ Note: Once the delegated Buyer Admin role is in place - B1SA will be able to change the tier without escalating to EcoIQ
