If you are an entity in the Property Sector per the following table:
| Asset Based | Nett Assets less Than R400 million |
| Service Based | Annual Turnover between R10 million and R50 million |
| Estate Agency/Broking/Valuation Company | Annual Turnover between R2.5 million and R35 million |
AND with black ownership of 51% or more, you are then entitled to merely complete an Affidavit as evidence of your B-BBEE status.
