If you are an entity in the Construction Sector that is a Built Environment Professional (BEP) with an annual turnover less than R1.8 million OR a Contractor/Supplier with an annual turnover less than R3 million, you are entitled to merely complete an Affidavit as evidence of your B-BBEE status.
