From the My Company > Configuration menu, companies are able to configure some of the workflows and request additional information from their suppliers.

Company Information

Although B-BBEE Credentials are not mandatory to capture on the core platform, some buying companies may require their suppliers to capture their BEE credentials and upload the necessary B-BBEE documentation, before inviting or finalsing an onboarding process.
- ON - All suppliers will be required to capture their B-BBEE credentials and upload a B-BBEE Affidavit or Certificate for processing.
- OFF - It is optional for a supplier to capture and upload their B-BBEE credentials on B1LINK.

Onboarding

For iBuy and B2B companies who use B1LINK for onboarding purposes, companies can select if they want to use the B1SA URN Number which is unique to a single company registration, to use as their vendor number if they opt not to integrate via the B1LINK API service.
Companies that opt into integration, will feed their own ERP numbers into B1LINK via API.
Onboarding process allows for companies to capture their own ERP number, during the onboarding process.
