The B1LINK homepage (dashboard) displays details about the company and provides system indicators showing the company user what outstanding activities require their attention when they login.  The user just needs to click on the number representing the pending activity, and will be navigated to the relevant page, eg messaging, onboarding request etc.

The Indicators will display: 

• Count of all your companies existing suppliers 
• Count of all "potential" suppliers that are ready to do business on B1LINK.
• Your own companies Profile Status, BEE Status and Compliance Status

Additional information includes:

• My suppliers by status: Registration status of your existing suppliers.
• My suppliers by type: Various supplier types can be set up when using onboarding functions (iBuy, B2B)
• My suppliers by packages: View what subscriptions your existing suppliers selected during registration (iBuy, B2B)  
• My suppliers by regulatory status: View your suppliers regulatory compliance status for CIPC and SARS checks (iBuy, B2B) 
• My suppliers by B-BBEE compliance: View your suppliers B-BBEE classification and status (iBuy, B2B) 
• My suppliers supporting documents: View a list of suppliers by document type (iBuy, B2B) 
• New Messages: The number of new, unread messages (All Subscriptions)

System indicators are also displayed over menu items throughout B1LINK, with pending activity that a company user needs to action. These indicators will disappear after the company user has actioned the request on the specified page.
