CANCELLATION PROCESS (UNSUBSCRIBE)

  • From My Company > My Subscription, a supplier can unsubscribe from B1LINK.

The company is presented with three options, they can select either:

  • Downgrade their subscription to B1LINK.  Suppliers can retain their company details on B1LINK and no further payments are required, however the company has limited access to functionality and features on the platform.  
  • Unsubscribe entirely.  This action removes all company details from B1LINK, all supplier information is deleted and not further communication between the two parties exist.  NOTE:  B1LINK will advise a company if they are linked to any corporate companies who use their information for their own purchasing and reporting purposes.  By unsubscribing, B1LINK is not able to provide these corporate companies with this information which could result in the supplier/client relationship coming to an end.  The company can continue to unsubscribe or select another unsubscribe option.
  • Unsubscribe, but retain profile information for corporate clients.  Company details are removed from public view, but is still available to corporate clients they are linked to.  Only these linked clients can view the company information.

Suppliers will be prompted to confirm any unsubscribe action before the process takes place.
