COMPANY USERS: Create and Manage
    
        
        
 - The appointed Administrator for a company account has the ability to create and manage internal company users on the platform.
 

 - From My Company > Manage Users, the "System Mandatory Administrator" can create additional users that will be granted access to the company account.  
 
 - Administrators can also de-activate or delete user accounts by selecting these actions from the "available actions" dropdown.
 
 - An administrator will create a user account with a full name, email address and assign a user role.  A system email will be sent to the new user who should click the “ACTIVATE ACCOUNT” button, and follow the process to create their login details.  
 

 - Once user credentials are created, the user can access B1LINK with the user permissions granted to them by the company administrator.  
 
 - User access is dependent on the companies subscription: 
  
   - B1LINK Subscription - 1 Users
 
   - iSuppli Subscription - 2 Users
 
   - iBuy Subscription - 10 Users
 
   - B2B Subscription - Unlimited Users
