eRFx: Participate in an Opportunity

Companies who receive an email inviting them to participate in an eRFx opportunity, must click on "QUOTE" button in the email.  The company is directed to B1LINK where the following actions can apply:

• From the View More form for the selected opportunity, click “QUOTE” if you wish to participate in the opportunity.
• If the opportunity has not yet opened, you can indicate your intent to participate from View eRFx Details > Participate, and you will be notified when the opportunity opens.

• Having reviewed the opportunity from the View eRFx Details, and any supporting documents, you can decide to Quote on this opportunity.

• You will be required to submit your pricing as per the specific product/service price lines.
• Please ensure that you quote accordion to the Unit of Measure and Quantity specified, and use the Total Base Cost to ensure that you your quote is accurate.

• Click on the “SUBMIT” to continue.

• Once you submit and Confirm, your quote will be submitted for consideration.
• You are able to edit your bid at any stage, prior to the closing of the opportunity, by going back into the View More option of that opportunity, edit and resubmit the quote.
• You will be notified automatically of the outcome of your bid, once evaluated and awarded by the initiator.
• Please remember that you cant win them all, but that should not discourage you from participating in every relevant opportunity.
