TEP 06: SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS & AGREEMENTS

  • Please upload the supporting documents for your Company type, as guided by the system.
  • What documents will I need?
  1. Certificate of Incorporation / Company Registration Document applicable to your company type, reflecting the registered company or entity information.
  2. Your VAT certificate (required if your annual turnover exceeds ZAR1m) (If applicable) 
  3. Your Tax Clearance Certificate and Pin number (If applicable)
  4. Your B-BBEE Certificate or Affidavit (South African companies only).
  5. Where applicable, proof of banking information (a Bank letter, statement or cancelled cheque, no older than 3 months)
  6. Where a Company has been invited to register through a Motivation to Onboard (MTO) process, initiated by a B2B or Corporate Client, the company may see additional documents that they need to upload as part of the registration process.

Contract Agreements

  • Where a Company has been invited to register through a Motivation to Onboard (MTO) process, initiated by a Corporate Client, the company may see additional agreement documents to review and accept as part of the registration process.
  • You can view and approve these agreements using the Actions menu.

  • Click the “NEXT - SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE” button to proceed.
