TEP 06: SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS & AGREEMENTS
- Please upload the supporting documents for your Company type, as guided by the system.
- What documents will I need?
- Certificate of Incorporation / Company Registration Document applicable to your company type, reflecting the registered company or entity information.
- Your VAT certificate (required if your annual turnover exceeds ZAR1m) (If applicable)
- Your Tax Clearance Certificate and Pin number (If applicable)
- Your B-BBEE Certificate or Affidavit (South African companies only).
- Where applicable, proof of banking information (a Bank letter, statement or cancelled cheque, no older than 3 months)
- Where a Company has been invited to register through a Motivation to Onboard (MTO) process, initiated by a B2B or Corporate Client, the company may see additional documents that they need to upload as part of the registration process.
Contract Agreements
- Where a Company has been invited to register through a Motivation to Onboard (MTO) process, initiated by a Corporate Client, the company may see additional agreement documents to review and accept as part of the registration process.
- You can view and approve these agreements using the Actions menu.
- Click the “NEXT - SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE” button to proceed.
