• Supply categories are referred within the Code as "Segments", with sub-categories being termed "Families".

• A company may select multiple product and service offerings that help the system identify the company when being searched for on the directly (Find Companies).   Keep in mind that buyers may be wary of a supplier who claims to do everything, please only select product offerings that apply to your company type only.

A company profile is a professional introduction of the business and aims to inform the audience about its products and services.  Tell us who you are and what your company is all about.  This gives buyers a quick insight into the core nature of your business.

Company Specific Segments

• Certain Corporate clients may require you to capture your supply Segments and Families specific to their own classifications, in addition to the Platforms core Global Segments and Families. These are referred to in B1LINK as "Company Segments" and "Company Families".
