COMPANY PROFILE - STEP 01: Company Information

STEP 1: COMPANY INFORMATION

• In your first login, you will immediately be directed to your Company Profile to complete as required, before being able to make use of platform functionality.
• You must now capture all your company information before being able to continue to the next step. 
• Unless stated otherwise, all fields are mandatory to capture. 
• Please ensure that your information is correctly captured before proceeding to the next step.
• Ensure that your company registered name, company type, and registration number is captured correctly, and as per your certificate of incorporation. Where you are connected to a compliance process, this will need to match your record with the company registrar to be successfully validated as compliant. 
• If you are a "foreign company", ie: not registered in South Africa, please ensure that you select this company type only. This will bypass certain fields of information and system rules specific to South African company types.
• Some Corporate Clients to the Platform may require additional company details Information. The system will guide you accordingly in these instances.
• You are also encouraged to regularly review and update your Company information to ensure that your profile remains current on the platform at all times.
• Please contact the B1SA support desk (support@b1sa.co.za) if your registration is identified as a "duplicate" company, this means your company already exists on B1LINK, we will help you access your existing company profile.
• Click the “NEXT - CONTACT & ADDRESS DETAILS" button to proceed to the next step.
