REGISTRATION – By Invitation

  • In certain instances, a Company may receive an invitation from a Corporate Client on the Platform to register.
  • These Companies will be notified via email that they have been invited to onboard.

  • Click the “ACCEPT INVITATION” button to proceed.
  • A company that is not registered on B1LINK would need to complete the short registration process before they can register in full on B1LINK.
    • Supplier should complete the full registration process and select a subscription package, then submit.
    • Some clients may sponsor their clients on a B1SA subscription package for a specified period of time.  Suppliers can accept this sponsorship which is valid until the expiry date, at which time the company is automatically downgraded to a B1LINK subscription package.
    • Upon successful registration, the client will be notified via email and/or system notifications that the request is complete, and they can proceed with the onboarding of the company record onto their supply chain, where a vendor number is issued.  
    • If the supplier receives another onboarding request, they will follow the below steps to update their company details for the client attempting to onboard them.
  • A company that has an existing registration will be directed to the login page where they should log into their company profile to continue.

  • Log into the company profile and click on "ACCEPT or CANCEL" the request.
  • Acceptance will allow to you continue with your registration and submit, or if you have already completed the registration process before for another client:
    • Log into the companies existing company profile
    • The B1LINK homepage (dashboard) displays details about the company and provides system indicators showing the company user what outstanding activities require their attention when they login.  The user just needs to click on the number representing the pending activity, and will be navigated to the relevant page, eg messaging, onboarding request etc.
    • Go to MY COMPANY >> COMPANY PROFILE >> MY CLIENTS and select the client requesting you to update and complete all requirements for this client, and submit.
  • Existing suppliers only need to log into their company profiles and update whatever information is being requested by the client, over and above what you have already captured during the initial registration process.
